Shipping and Returns

We offer free shipping for all orders – no matter how big or small.

We prepare your orders from Sydney, Australia and ship within one business day after your order is placed. This means that if you have any questions about your orders or last minute address changes within 24 hours of placing it during weekdays or weekends, we’re ready and waiting to help.

It’s unlikely but in case something goes wrong with your order, we will contact you immediately. We ship locally across Australia, and globally to most major cities and towns. This also means that every order – no matter how big or small – comes with tracking so you’ll know exactly when your order will arrive.

Local orders across Australia
After the initial 24 hours to process your order, you will receive tracking info for deliveries that can take 1-2 business days (for metro areas), 3-5 business days (for regional Australia), and 6-8 business days (for a rural zone not covered within our current delivery system). You will receive a notification with your order delivery and ETA within the first day.

All international orders
The same 24 hour processing time applies to international orders as well. All orders will ship to major countries and cities across the world within a 5-14 business days delivery period – depending on your location. Simply wait for our notification regarding delivery estimates along with tracking info.

Waldo’s Friends is happy to refund any returns within 30 days of your purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. However, we cannot refund gift cards or downloadable products.

Completing your return is easy: simply ship us the product you’d like to return for a refund or replacement along with its receipt or proof of purchase. This can be your digital receipt emailed from the shop at the time of purchase. 

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer, since our manufacturing partners do not stock products or engage with inventory sales management of any kind for Waldo’s Friends.

In certain cases, your return may qualify for only partial refunds. This could be due to: any item returned damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or simply not in its original condition, and any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the refund amount, in case there are any issues.

Immediately after, your refund will be processed, and credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 working days.

  1. If you haven’t received a refund yet, please confirm its status with us, and check your bank account again.
  2. Don’t forget to contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  4. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at returns@waldosfriends.com

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at returns@waldosfriends.com with your request.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 606/2 Scotsman Street, Forest Lodge, NSW, 2037, Australia.

 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. However, it you require a replacement, we will provide you with one without charging you any shipping costs .

 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

 

If you are shipping items with a combined cost of over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
